The Free State Region of Narcotics Anonymous is comprised of 10 Areas including parts of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. The fifth tradition states Our Primary Purpose Is "to Carry the Message of Narcotics Anonymous to the still suffering Addict”. We have over 800 meetings    and the only requirement for membership is just the desire to stop using!
